$300 - Telephone Consultation (or £150 in the UK/Euro equivalent elsewhere in Europe)
Our introductory one-hour telephone consultation that can be scheduled from anywhere in the world, including an email report on procedures and techniques of interest, and personalized recommendations to specialists, physicians and surgeons in the geographic regions of your choice.
$400 - Basic Consultation *$450
Selected Weekend Appointments (or £400 in the UK/Euro equivalent
elsewhere in Europe)
One-hour in-person consultation, including background information on
procedures and techniques of interest, and personalized
recommendations to specialists, physicians and surgeons, with
limited email follow up for 60 days.
$500 - Extended Consultation (or £500 in the UK/Euro
equivalent elsewhere in Europe)
Basic one-hour in-person or telephone consultation, plus a one-hour
follow-up by phone within 90 days of your initial consultation.
$1,000 - VIP Consultation (or £1,000 in the UK/Euro
equivalent elsewhere in Europe)
Basic one-hour consultation plus a one-hour follow-up by phone and
email. Includes consultation appointments to be scheduled on your
behalf with up to 3 specialists, physicians or surgeons of your
choice.
The Knife Coach® Retainer $1,000/month (3 Month Minimum) OR $250/hour- Concierge Service Retainer (or £1,000 in the UK/Euro equivalent elsewhere in Europe)
Upon request, individuals, couples and families may arrange a monthly or annual retainer for our services.
Follow Up - The consultation fees outlined above include reasonable follow-up via email for a maximum period of 60 days, unless otherwise indicated. After that time, an additional consultation may be scheduled by phone or face-to-face as needed. Wendy Lewis & Co Ltd reserves the right to determine what constitutes reasonable follow up.
Cancellation Policy - There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for consultations in New York, and a 72 hour cancellation policy in London and Paris. If no notice is given, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.
